Camilo moves up the rankings PDF Print E-mail

ImageOfficial World Rankings

Having won two events back-to-back Camilo Villegas has shot up the Official World Rankings to 7th place, his highest position ever! He started the 2008 golfing season in 56th place and dropped to 60th at one stage, however, the back-to-back wins have now put Camilo Villegas firmly on the world stage and there is much talk about Camilo and Anthony Kim challenging Tiger Woods, when he returns from his operation.

In addition, Villegas has moved from 11th to 7th in the official PGA Money list with a total of $4,442,641 excluding the $3m he collected for coming Runner up in the Fed Ex Cup.....won by Vijah Singh.

There is little doubt that Camilo Villegas will be a name on everyone's lips throughout the golfing world and he will be in great demand both on and off the course.

Our best wishes go to Camilo and long may he win golf tournaments.
